Hello, I'm Emma.
I've spent more than ten years recruiting in the UAE, building sales, commercial and leadership teams, much of it in the fast-moving world of Dubai real estate. Today I recruit for clients in both the UAE and the UK.
I started BloomKin People to do recruitment the way I believe it should be done: personal, honest about fees, and focused on people who stay. You deal with me directly, from the first call to your new hire's first day.
